OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?

Please allow two working days before collection of your repeat prescription. We are unable to take orders or issue repeat prescriptions over the telephone or at weekends and public holidays.
We also have an email address through which you can order repeat prescriptions. The address is: pontesbury.scripts@nhs.net

PRESCRIPTION DELIVERY SERVICE
The practice operates a free
prescription delivery service which is available to any patient to whom we dispense medication.
A registration form with details of the days that deliveries are made to particular areas is available
from the practice. Deliveries are made every four weeks and we ask that a responsible adult is available
to receive your delivery and place your next order.
